Therapy is a very personal experience, and it’s important for both the client and the therapist to feel comfortable with each other in order for the process to be most effective.

I prefer to start with a free 20-minute conversation with you to find out what you’re looking for and make sure that working with me would be the right fit.  Ideally, we would do this via video call – you will receive a video link once you sign up for a time. If you prefer phone, just let me know via email and I will call you at your scheduled time.

During our conversation, we’ll discuss:

  • What brings you to therapy
  • Any questions you may have

After we talk, if we mutually agree we’re a good fit:

  • We will schedule our first session
  • I will send you the required paperwork to fill out before our first session
  • You will check with your insurance regarding reimbursement
