Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost.

Your rights

  • You have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of non-emergency services, including psychotherapy
  • You can ask for an estimate before you schedule, or at any point during care
  • If a bill is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute it
  • Keep a copy or a photo of your estimate

How it works here

Before your first session, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate based on the session fee and the frequency we discuss together. If anything changes along the way, you will receive an updated estimate.
